Samaire Ceiling Fan 

WARRANTY’S TERMS & CONDITION
First 12 months- Free transport & Labour charges. Thereafter, on-site charges apply for every service call required.
Important Note: Users are strongly advised to contact GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD to conduct regular examination of the fan’s suspension system. It is recommended user does this at least once in every two years.

GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD, warranty that if within the stated period of warranty from date of purchase this appliance is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials and not for any other reason whatsoever, we will arrange for repair, or at our discretion, replacement of the defective parts or material on condition set forth below:-

1. This warranty card must be fully completed with product description, date of purchase, customer and installer's particulars and acknowledgement by Authorised Dealer and posted within 10 days of purchase. Warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty card must be presented together with the original purchase receipt at the time of service. Falling which the company reserves the right to decline any warranty claims.
3. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser, installed at its original location, and shall not be transferable, negotiable, assignable to any third party or replaceable even in the event of lost.
4. In no event shall GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
5. This warranty is limited to new product sold by GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD, through its authorized dealers, and is for domestic usage within Singapore main island only. In the event of commercial or communal usage, warranty for all parts will be limited to a year only.
6. An additional service charge shall be imposed for appliance which are installed above 10 feet/3.05m (measured from the ground) and also in cases where there may be additional obstruction which may limit access to relevant parts/product (e.g. ceiling board/false ceiling/center panel).
7. Scratches, dents, cracks, noises, balancing of fan, control switch, wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, stains, power points and power plugs are not covered under warranty. (Note: Fan balancing should be covered by the installer of the product. GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD is not reliable for any issue that arises from incorrect balancing of the product)
8. A copy of the original purchase receipt and a valid warranty card is still required for the repairs of an appliances after the warranty period. A standard rate will be chargeable for all services and parts provided, this rate will be determined by GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD.
9. Important Note: Original mounting bracket provided must be used for the installation of the product. Usage of third-party mounting brackets may result in unsafe installation. In an event a third-party bracket is used, GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD will not be responsible in and this warranty shall be considered void.
10. GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD reserves the right of any final decision on all warranty claims

THE WARRANTY WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID IN THE FOLLOWING EVENT, WHEREBY ON SITE SERVICE, LABOUR AND PARTS WILL BE CHARGEABLE.

a. Installation is not carried out as recommended or subjected to alteration and usage not in accordance with its requirements as stated in the instruction manual.
b. Defects caused by the use of third party products or parts, contact with corrosive chemical, accident, abuse, attacks of household pet, lighting, natural disaster, pollution, abnormal voltage or usage of generator.
c. The faults is not due to the appliance’s manufacturing defects.
d. The appliance is installed or tempered with repair by unqualified or unauthorised personnel.
e. The serial number or label affixed to the appliance or parts is defaced, altered or removed.

1. The warranty card must be fully completed with product description, date of purchase, customer and installer’s particulars and acknowledgement by Authorized Dealer and posted/registered within 10 days of purchase. Warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty card must be presented together with the original purchase receipt at the time of servicing. Failing which the company reserve the right to decline any warranty claims.
3. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and shall not be transferable, negotiable, assignable to any third party or replaceable even in the event of lost.
4. In no event should GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
5. This warranty is limited to new products sold by GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD authorised dealers and is for domestic usage within Singapore Main Island only. In the event of commercial or communal usage, all parts warranty will be limited to one year only (as of the date of purchase).
6. Heater installation must comply with the following:-
a. All wiring used must be of at least 2.5mm2, double coated standard and of approved quality and specification by the local authorities.
b. Heater installation must be carried out by qualified technicians only.
c. Shower head should not fall below the heater height.
7. Scratches, dents, cracks, hand shower, rain shower, accessories, normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting, stains, power point and power plug are not covered under the warranty.
8. For repairs of appliances after the warranty period, the customer is still required to produce the warranty card attached with the original purchase receipt.
9. GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD reserves the right of any final decision on all warranty claims.

f. Damages caused by fluctuation or interruption of electrical power supply, defective or incorrect wiring, operating on incorrect voltage.
